We are searching for an experienced and dedicated Live-In Nanny/HK to support a busy family with three gorgeous children aged 5, 3 and 3 months. This role involves working between their beautiful farm homestead in Inverell and their 2nd property in Brisbane.
You will ideally be a qualified early childhood educator who understands the developmental milestones of the early years and loves a country lifestyle with a mix of city living. You will have a warm and nurturing nature and enjoy being part of a caring and kind family.
Someone that is active and positive and encourages and engages the children both with educational activities and also to be outside enjoying everything that farm life has to offer. You will also enjoy working as a team with the family helping them to raise their beautiful children as well as keeping a harmonious happy home environment. Someone that is looking for a long term role is preferential.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Childcare for primarily the 2 older children (eldest goes to the Kindy)
- Managing daily routines
- Babysitting on occasions as mutually agreed upon
- Engaging the children not only with indoor educational activities but also outdoor activities
- Travelling with the family (within Australia)
- Preparing healthy homestyle meals for the family
- Laundry, and wardrobe management for the children
- Tidying the children’s rooms etc
- Communicating with the parents
- Light household duties, (another Housekeeper already employed)
- Happy to also interact with the farm animals and assist on occasions
Requirements:
- Ideally qualified in Early Childhood Education
- Proven private household experience
- Genuine passion for working with children
- Flexibility to accommodate changing schedules.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Strong communication skills, able to interact effectively with all family members.
- Professional, reliable, friendly and trustworthy.
- Confident and calm under pressure.
- Loves farm life, animals, and the outdoors
- Discretion and confidentiality
- CPR and First aid certification
- National Police check
- WWCC (Working with Children Card)
- Excellent contactable reference

Job Conditions:
