EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER FOR TWO BEAUTIFUL PROPERTIES -BRISBANE AND THE GOLD COAST, AUSTRALIA

We are seeking a discreet and highly skilled Executive Housekeeper that takes pride in their work and enjoys maintaining stunning properties to a 5 Star standard.

Our lovely clients have a stunning new property in Brisbane as well as their family home in Sanctuary Cove. This role is ideal for someone that has an exceptional eye for detail, enjoys a varied role and working for a wonderful and respectful family that values their staff. Someone from a yachting background will be highly advantageous. You will work well within a supportive team and independently. You will be working closely with the Property Manager, to ensure the properties are  well cared for and ready for the principals’ arrival. 

The primary home will be in Brisbane so you will ideally be based locally. Confidentiality is of high importance and an NDA will be required.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an impeccable standard of cleanliness across the properties
  • Handle all aspects of general housekeeping, such as washing, mopping, vacuuming, laundry, bathroom upkeep, wardrobe management and maintaining a clean and organised home environment each day.
  • Assist with the cooking of meals on occasions and/ or meal prep
  • Oversee linens, prepare beds, and keep the kitchen and dining areas clean and welcoming at all times.
  • Ensure outdoor areas, including the spa and pool, are tidy and ready for use at all times.
  • Report all maintenance needs and stock shortages to the Property Manager.
  • Running errands and shopping when/if needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Executive Housekeeper, preferably in high-end residential, superyacht or hospitality settings.
  • Discreet and highly professional, respecting confidentiality at all times.
  • Exceptional attention to detail paying close attention to high end finishes
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Excellent communication skills with a willingness to collaborate closely with the Property Manager and work together as a team.
  • A proactive attitude combined with the ability to work effectively and independently
  • Reliable, trustworthy and able to take initiative.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable car
  • National Police check & WWCC – Blue Card
  • Non Disclosure Agreement
  • Ideally based in Brisbane.

Job Conditions:

  • Excellent salary plus super and holidays and travel expenses.
  • Full-time position with hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (start / finish times can be flexible)
